RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Friendly Feather Shop, we hope that you will be 100% satisfied and happy
with your purchase. If you are for some reason not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the goods provided that:
* All items are unused and in their original packaging.
* You send us an email within 14 working days from the date you received your goods and tell us that you wish to return your goods.
*You return your items and provide proof of postage to us by email within fourteen working days from the date you received your goods.
Please note that the cost of the postage you incur to return the goods to us not will be refunded.
If you like to exchange a product you follow our return policy and then place a new order in our webshop. Please note that you pay for shipping on both orders as well as postage for the return.

Returning Your Goods:
Ensure the package has been securely sealed and has been packed to prevent damage durin transit, preferably in our original shipping materials. Please provide full details of your name, items you wish to return and your original customer order number.

We do not handle returns och exchanges through our social networks.
Please note that we can not accept any goods to be returned for refund if they have been used, or are in a other condition than sent to you originally.
We do not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Returns Received by Friendly Feather Shop:
When the package with your returned goods will receive to our office we will refund the price you paid for the goods, but not the cost of the postage you incur to return the goods to us. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your reimbursment if you have dimished the value of the goods beyond what which is necessary to establish their nature, characteristic or function.
If you cancel your order but do not return the goods to us within 14 days, or provide proof of return, we will be entitled to recover the goods from you along with any associated costs of recovering the goods from you. You should be aware that these costs may exceed the cost of returning the goods to us. Until such goods are returned to us, you are advised to take all reasonable care to ensure that the goods are stored safely to prevent damage to them.
Refunding Your Money:
We will process your refund accordingly and advise you by e-mail when the refund has been completed. Refunds will be made via the same method used for the original payment eg. Stripe, Paypal etc. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the goods back to our office.
Damage Items:
We are so sorry if there is a problem with a product. We always try to ensure our products are as secure as possible during transit, but our products are handmade and some of them are fragile. Please send us an e-mail with your ordernumber and a picture of the damaged item and we will try to resolve this as fast as possible.
